Father of Ness Milankovic.
He spent nearly ten years wrapped up in grief after the death of his wife, and only considered dating again after he realised that his own grief was making it harder for Ness to recover. He tried online dating apps at the suggestion of his coworkers, but filled in the profile incorrectly (he's not good with technology) and got matched with another man, Drew Spanner. To his surprise they hit it off, and just a few months later both of them moved to a new town where they both had a better chance of finding employment.
Personality
Generally laid back and supportive; he'll do his best to help anyone, even to his own detriment. Not so good at learning new things, and not good with technology. A people person, although he's currently a little out of touch after years of depression following the death of his wife.
Appearance
"Like a young Sean Connery, but with a handlebar moustache which oddly suits him. Hair swept back with just the first traces of grey at the temples."
