A country bordering Arstotzka and Belarus. Most of its international trade is with Baikuristan, which is connected by the soviet-era Transalcurian Railroad.
The country adheres to a single time zone, Kolechian Mean Time, although sunset times have a difference of a little over two hours between the eastern and western borders.
