Sally has a huge crush on him, but he doesn't seem to notice. He sees her as one of his younger sister Harper's friends, even though she is closer to his own age.
He is tall, athletic, and confident; dreams of playing basketball as a pro, and probably has the skeleton and muscles for it. Slightly autistic, and doesn't talk much. This gives him an air of mystique, but is actually because he's trying to figure out whether he's supposed to take what someone said literally or not.
