A character in the story A Child’s Eyes in Plot Babies.
Otherwise known as Emmy, Emerich is a scientist who has developed a drug which can cause limited regression effects. He and his partner Ludana end up acting as caregivers when their friends Leo and Carlene experiment with the drug and end up finding some regression-themed OOParts.
