Moistville is a university town; where other buildings in the town are arranged over the structure of the academic buildings.

It also appears in Potty Genius and Mind's Eye (although the town isn't named in Mind's Eye, it is clearly the same university). More recently, Moistville is the setting for much of The Dare that Changed my Life.
